September was another month full of news for COS. We wanted to share some highlights!

• COS Casting Call: This Sunday and Monday Evening (Sept. 24-25), COS is hosting auditions for “A Tale of Two Santas” by Andy Huggins and “The Charitable Sisterhood Christmas Spectacular” by Bo Wilson. Auditions will start at 7 pm at 5720 Bellaire Blvd. Information about what to expect at COS auditions, details about these productions, and all casting information is on our website. • It’s A Sticky Situation: Construction is underway at our New Home at 5720 Bellaire Blvd. There is a lot to do, and we need your help! We need volunteers to join us at Work Calls from September 23 – October 8, Saturdays: 10 am – 2 pm and Sundays: 12 pm – 4 pm. No experience is needed. We ask that volunteers wear closed-toe shoes and clothing that they are comfortable getting dirty in. Our big project for this weekend is to clear the remaining carpet glue from the future stage floor. See you there! (Check Out Our Facebook Events)
• Season Tickets On Sale Now: The Company OnStage is thrilled to announce our 2023-2024 Season! Season Tickets are available now on our website, and packages provide a 25% discount. Tickets can be used for any of The Company OnStage performances in the purchased series during that season! Get Yours Today! (Learn More)
• Birthday Fundraiser Updates: Meta recently notified Nonprofits about changes to donations on Facebook, effective October 30, 2023. They are partnering with the PayPal Giving Fund to process all donations, like those made with Birthday Fundraisers. Most importantly, you will still be able to continue to donate and create Birthday Fundraisers, as COS is set up for this change. What is changing? While Meta used to cover the processing fee for donations, the PayPal Giving Fund will not be covering that expense. Donors will now see an option to cover the fee with their donation, to ensure that 100% of their donation goes to COS.
