This Giving Tuesday, we’re proud to launch our end-of-year campaign: Spotlight on Giving, a celebration of the generosity that keeps our theater open, accessible, and thriving.
Since 1978, our mission has remained unwavering: make the arts accessible and affordable for everyone in our community. For nearly five decades, we’ve welcomed families, children, students, and neighbors into our theater, offering live experiences that spark imagination, inspire creativity, and bring our community closer together.
But here’s the reality behind the curtain:
Even if every seat were filled for every show, ticket sales would still not fully cover what it takes to operate our theater. As a 100% volunteer-driven organization, we stretch every dollar as far as it can go, and we rely on the support of our community to keep the stage lights glowing.

For each Young Audience production, we offer a free Library Day performance. These shows ensure that children and families who may not have the means to purchase tickets can still discover the joy of storytelling brought to life onstage.

As a fully volunteer-powered organization, we are truly “community theater” in every sense. Your donations empower volunteers (actors, designers, directors, crew, front of house staff, and more) to bring heartfelt, high-quality performances to the stage.
